Jimmy Barnett "Cutest Thing"
“Cutest Thing” is a heartfelt acoustic ballad. The track is heartwarming and sweet, revolving on themes of persistent love. The instrumental features a soft shaker as percussion, acoustic guitar and gentle electric keys. This song comes from Barnett’s latest EP “Stargazing Days.”
Not Ideal "Synesthesia"
“Synesthesia” is a unique DIY rock track with soaring guitar leads and massive drums. Subtle synth arpeggios and pads weave in and out of the instrumental, padding out the sparse three piece arrangement. The track features winding verses and absolutely soaring choruses. To hear more from Not Ideal, Check out the single “Thriving.”
The Scarlet Goodbye "Panic & Blame"
“Panic and Blame” is a soft rock track with glistening guitars and gentle vocals. The song is a fascinating blend of energies, effortlessly shifting between dreamy slide guitars and acoustics to more anthemic rock choruses. This track comes from the band's latest album “Hope Eternal.”
Störmbreaker "Left For dead"
Störmbreaker returns with a hard hitting rock track, full of deep bass and thundering drums. The vocal melodies are reminiscent of iconic classic rock tones and the riffs are fast and catchy. The song has a nice break for a short bridge that opens up the tone of the instrumental with harmonized vocals and a distorted bass interlude before entering a new, even more intense breakdown and guitar solo. To hear more from this band check out the album “Strike The Match.”
Scott Allen "The Finest Hour"
“The Finest Hour” is a wonderful mid-tempo piece of indie rock. There are gorgeous vocal harmonies on the choruses. The song lyrically centers around the joys of childhood and the result is really sweet. Instrumentally, the song features a typical indie rock lineup interspersed with some little bells that sound like a childs toy. This song comes from Scott Allen’s debut album “My Own Grown Eyes.”
Imlazarus "Same Old Song"
The debut single from “Imlazarus” is a jovial sounding track featuring a walking bassline, acoustic guitar and piano. The energy picks up a bit with some thin brass sounds and an occasional vocal scream, leading into a section of bombastic instrumentation, almost reminiscent of circus music. This is a really fascinating debut effort from Imlazarus.
